Delivery Options
We ship all orders using Australia Post, offering several options to meet your needs:

Delivery Timeframe: Typically delivers within 2-8 business days depending on the destination within Australia.
Features: Offers reliable delivery with tracking available. Suitable for non-urgent, everyday parcels.
2. Express Post
Service Type: Domestic
Delivery Timeframe: Next business day delivery within the Express Post network (covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses, and Post Office boxes).
Features: Provides a speedy delivery service with tracking. This service is ideal for urgent parcels that need to arrive quickly.
3. International Post
Service Type: International
Delivery Timeframe: Varies widely depending on the destination country. Can range from a few days to several weeks.
Features: Offers different options for international shipping, such as standard, economy, and express, tailored to varying delivery speeds and costs. Tracking and signature on delivery options are available.
4. Registered Post
Service Type: Domestic
Delivery Timeframe: Similar to Parcel Post, typically within 2-8 business days.
Features: Adds an extra level of security for your mail, providing proof of posting and a signature on delivery. It does not inherently provide tracking but prioritizes safety and security of the delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your package, as well as your selected shipping method. The total cost will be provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to several countries via Australia Post. Rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note that international orders may incur customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement, except on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following business day.
Tracking Your Order
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the Australia Post website or by visiting our Track Your Order section.
